How should I store the sauces? How long can I keep them?
 

We recommend storing them in the fridge once opened. The best before date is just that - the sauces will keep for much longer due to the low pH levels - but they will deteriorate in quality over time. The deterioration will take much longer if they're kept in the fridge. We've got some in our fridge that have been there for years - we don't recommend keeping them that long (if you haven't felt the need to finish your sauce sooner than that we need to up our game!) but if kept well it is safe to do so.

We use xantham gum in our sauces to prevent seperation and to give the sauces a nice consistency. So if the sauce starts to look different it's best to get rid.

Are your sauces gluten-free/vegan? Where can I find allergen info?

None of our sauces have been tested to the extent that we can legally class them as Gluten-Free. We don't include any glutinous ingredients in our sauces but they are cooked and bottled in a kitchen where gluten is used at other times (though rarely as we have a gluten intolerence in the family). None of our sauces contain any vegan unfriendly ingredients either but meat/fish/dairy are used in the kitchen at other times. There is no cross over of home and business kitchen equipment.

There is allergen info on each indvidual product page and on the bottles themselves. We've also collated the info on our [allergens page] which also includes info on FODMAPs.

Can I have a custom hot sauce made for me?
 

This is a service I've offered for a few folks prior to establishing the business but isn't currently on offer due to time restrictions (we all have day jobs!) We will be offering this on the site as soon as we've figured out the logistics.
