Allergen/Intolerance Info
All our sauces are gluten-free* and vegan friendly but aren't always suitable for people will allergies. And we've recently discovered they're not great for people looking for low FODMAP condiments either. We're working on some that are - but in the meantime we've compiled a sauce by sauce breakdown of everything you need to know.
If you have an intolerance we don't give information on please get in touch - we're eager to give as much info as we can and cater for as many people as we can!
*please note that while we don't include any glutenous ingredients in any of our sauces they have not been lab tested. As such we can't recommend them to anyone with celiac disease or a severe gluten intolerance.
