This version contains more xantham gum to thicken the sauce as well as more peppeecorns and mustard seed to give a richer, more dense experience.
Veins Full of Sauce is Director Max's favourite Colossal Sauce (so far) by a long way. As soon as we were ready to start launching one off sauces she was petitioning for this to be the first recipe. A tangy explosion of dill, mustard and pepper with a mild (by our standards!) heat it's an ideal burger sauce that makes a fine edition to other sandwiches and to salads. Each bottle sold comes with a Bandcamp download for a compilation by Veins Full of Static, saucemonkey Jamie's ambient/drone/experimental music project.
